WebbI don't know, I'm running PMS on Win 10 with no issues with QuickSync or crashing. My fans are running slow and CPU is usually in the 40-46 C range. Would probably be lower if I didn't run the desktop in a closet. I made a registry edit to force Windows to not automatically install updates.
